Jonah and Dustin did a great job!! Highly recommend! Called out to replace an out side hose bib that seals didn’t hold up in for the 4th time! They ran into a struggle removing the old one! Of course nothing can be easy! They took it like champs and made it work! The best/worst part depending on who you ask! After the install they went to do the home walk through to check all my faucets, drains, water heater etc. and low and behold I had a leak inside my garage wall behind the water heater! Great!! Without missing a beat they remedied that situation while on site! Left the site clean as well! Couldn’t have asked for more! Courteous, professional, great attitudes! Thanks again guys! Hopefully my high water bill may come down a couple dollars!

We generally had a good experience working this patriot services. They were timely and gave me options for repair. Our AC was going out and a leak was found. They quoted a new coil and a whole new system. Coil was quoted at ~$4500 which I felt was a little high but wasn’t sure. They highly recommended a whole new system which was quoted @ $12,000 mid grade system. I also felt this was high as I know people elsewhere who got the high efficiency variable blower (Train system) for that price. They got the system in quick and we had air in a couple days time. All that ultimately was fine. But when they installed the system they made a mess and tracked mud through our house, which by itself wasn’t a huge issue. But now I have found 11 hex head screws scattered in my driveway and garage. Which could have cost me a lot more money had one get lodged in my tires in one of our vehicles. I haven’t checked if there’s already one lodged in there yet. Anyway, price is pretty high from what I’ve seen and I’m not happy about finding screws scattered everywhere.

My water heater went out and I didn’t know who to call for plumbing needs. After reading tons of reviews from several plumbers, I decided to give Patriot a shot. I’m really glad I did because Pallas and Dustin were wonderful! They were knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again if needed!

Jonah was professional and courtesy start to finish. Phone calls to let me know he was on way. Felt comfortable and able to talk to him the entire time here ( alone by myself as a female might I add ) all the way up to job was finished. He was nice to my animals and have a very wonderful quote going above and beyond during the whole process. Customer Service was just as great getting it booked and set up last minute. He went above and beyond for me and my family to have water during start of school! Highly recommend company and Jonah for services! Thank you so much!!

We are installing a pool and the pool company excavated our sewer line. Patriot provided the best service. Very professional. Prompt. No complaints at all. Will call them again.
