As with all the Metro team that I have met they were very professional and represented the company proudly! Aaron was no different! He explained everything they were going to do and why to my wife and I! Would highly recommend! Before and after photos! They made sure everything was to our liking before they left!

Garrett and his partner did excellent work for us fixed everything in a very professional manner and explained everything at every step. They were polite. They were supportive. They did an excellent work and charge reasonable prices for everything. The service is so good that I recommended to my insurance company USAA that they partner with Metro Plumbing Heating And Air as a preferred provider in this area

A/C wasn't working. Metro sent Sebastian to assess my problem. He was courteous and informative. Very knowledgeable individual. He explained everything in detail and pointed out the areas he was talking about. He confirmed with the supply house parts availability, and price and he even scheduled a follow-up for me over the weekend. He laid out several options and their prices and explained the implications of going with each option. Great service technician, great Training, great company. I signed up for their annual protection plan, so obviously I will use them again. I will Recommend them to others.

Rickey was absolutely the best. Very informative and attentive to all of our questions. He provided an itemized list of all the options we asked for. Very professional and knowledgeable guy who provided first class service. He even brought doughnuts to our early morning appointment. 😊 Definitely a memorable experience and someone you'd trust to do business with. Highly recommend. Roman who came out the day before to check the issue was also absolutely the best . Very knowledgeable and attentive to make sure all questions were answered. Great guy. Ms Joann was extremely supportive and is a great addition to the team. Any company should be proud to have you all on the team.

Matias Andres was first on the scene and took his time to try everything he could for my difficult sewer issue. He even stayed around until back up arrived to ensure that hand off was smooth. Chris Caldwell is absolutely amazing. He is honest, professional and thorough. He is well versed in his profession.He explained everything going on with my plumbing issue in language that I could understand.
