Santa Fe Express Plumbing & Drain

2 weeks ago when it was single digits at night, a pipe in the garage blew.Glad I was home and figured out how to turn the water off. Then I squeegeed the garage. I used this company the year before when I had no heat ( yay winter !)so I waited 3 days for them to come. They fixed the busted part and found another which 3 hours later was also fixed. Plumbing is expensive but I knew they only did what needed to be done and I was happy to have water. They are experienced & competent. I shall use them again!

OMG These guys are awesome. They came out promptly to service my boiler (screwed up by prev plumbers) and fixed FOUR ISSUES which had rendered the heating system basically not functional. They finessed one big issue without fuss and replaced or fixed 3 other issues with parts on their truck. Efficient, fairly priced and cute (hehe). I recommend them highly - esp as 3 other plumbers were responsible for - or had overlooked all of the problems. Bless Robert and Ignacio for their wonderful service to me. I heartily recommend these wonderful dudes.

Robert, the owner, and Ignacio were just here to repair our gas fireplace insert. They did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. They also did another diagnostic and repair on another fireplace insert, making the remote control work for the first time in 9 years. They also checked a direct vent gas heater and pointed to the evidence that it needs to be replaced. We are very satisfied with the work they did and the reasonable price they charged.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Fernando and Jesus! I called Santa Fe Express Drain and Plumbing, as our mainline plumbing was backed up. Others said they could come on Friday which, as you know, is an issue when your plumbing is not working. But this great company and these two great men were at my house in less than an hour of my call. Plumbing companies in the past have really stuck it to us. Not this company. They solved the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. We now know where to go for our plumbing needs in the future. Thank you!!

Wish there was a two and a half star rating! That’s why it took so long to give a review. So a year and a half ago the pipes in my house went kaput and I had to have everything replaced. I asked around and this place cost the least. TBH the owner seemed to really know what he was doing and he did get it done in a few days. Unfortunately his helper was really rude and crotchety. He b$&@!ed much of the time. When the owner was somewhere else he said, “I don’t think this house has been swept or mopped a day in its life!” Among other things. Now, it wasn’t very clean because I’d been struggling with a chronic illness for six years by then. Just cleaning out under the sinks for them was exhausting. I said so and he tried to brush it off. “It’s ok, it’s fine.” “No, it’s not fine. That was really rude and I’m telling your boss.” The boss was apologetic which I appreciated. But they left a mess themselves, especially on top of my cupboards. When I had enough energy to clean up there it was covered in insulation and even a used reciprocating saw blade and old nails. And the room they tore a wall out of was so covered in insulation gunk I had to shampoo the carpet twice. Glad that’s over with and the job itself seems good enough. Not sure I’d recommend unless you’re really on a budget.
