TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical

TLC performed a yearly maintenance on my HVAC system (A/C and furnace) today. I was very fortunate to have both Justin and Mario service my units. I could not have been more pleased with Justin and Mario. They were polite, efficient, timely and well versed in their trade. In addition, their communication skills were great. Based on my experience TLC is now my "go to" company. I will be using their electricians for another task next week because of today's experience. Please pass along my thanks to Justin and Mario for their excellent service. I am modifying my review after working with the TLC electrical department. Specifically, I would like to highlight the work of Robert Stewart. Robert was polite, professional, efficient and knowledgeable.. I would classify his job performance as exemplary. This department has electricians that show up as promised and provide service you can rely/count on. I highly recommend their service. Please pass along my thanks to Robert. - The price reflected was high because 3 pounds of refrigerant were added to the A/C. As stated, I am extremely pleased and comfortable with the service

The woman who scheduled me got me in as quickly as possible, and was very kind. Then, Casey Padilla, the drain expert, came and fixed my very clogged shower drain pronto, with no muss or fuss. It was beyond my handyman and his plumber, but Casey did it in about 10 minutes, meaning the charge was low and I was very happy. He was great at explaining, too, and I'll ask for him next time if I need help. Thanks, Casey and TLC!!

The electrician was very knowledgeable. He very quickly found the cause of my problem and repaired it. He also suggested that I should upgrade my home and bring it up to code by adding a surge protector that would work for my whole house. He was proficient, through and didn't waste time. He did a good job!!

I have used TLC Santa Fe for AC and Electrical 3 times in the last few months. They have been very professional , personable, and knowledgeable from the scheduling to the technicians doing the work on site. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them. Robert came out and checked my electrical panel today and added a surge protector. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable.

TLC showed up for us! Robert was very courteous and professional, was able to diagnose our electrical issue immediately and made quick work of the issue. We called 2 other places who no-showed our appointment before this. Bonus points for Robert being so sweet with our dog! Awesome work.
