It’s difficult to find someone who meets all your requirements, but he hit the mark, if not surpassed our expectations. Tommy was the best! Clearly very knowledgeable, guessed the issue after a brief explanation which made actual diagnostics go very fast. Had me up and running within the appointment window and even took the time to educate me on the issues and gave advice to keep my unit in top shape long term. Well worth the money. One of the best tech on site experiences I’ve had.
