WOW!!! The best experience hands down with any contractor EVER!!! I had the pleasure of Kolbe, Randon and Travis working on our hvac and they just finished installation. If I could give them more stars I would. They set the bar SO high.Super knowledgeable, fair pricing, skilled, professional, hard working and thorough. They showed up on time every time and did not stop working until they completed the job. My husband and cousin had been raving about them- it was my first time interacting and now I get it. I wish I could hire them for every job we have with this house we just bought beyond just hvac. Super impressed- there is a reason they have 5 stars with over 1k reviews. BEST EXPERIENCE !!

I had SOS come out after Same Day heating and air came out and quoted me 2500 to replace a motor and fan for my outside ac unit. Jake took my call and was very helpful in getting a technician out to get it taken care of for significantly less then the other company quoted. (Also Jake) the technician was very personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend if anyone needs any services to give them a call. If you can request a technician I'd definitely recommend him to come out and take care of you. But with the level of service I received I'm sure any of their technicians will be great. Over all very happy with the service and will be using them in the future for any other needs.

I couldn’t be happier with my mini-split AC unit and installation! Our house has a central air unit to cool the upstairs. However, it doesn’t keep our large master bedroom as cold as I like it. The unit was a perfect addition to keep the summers a little colder for me and winters a little warmer for my wife. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and stress-free. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care and respect. They walked me through the installation, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. The installation took about 5 hours and AC unit is quiet and has already made a difference in comfort. I’ve used SOS for several years and every interaction from scheduling, sales and installation/service has been excellent. They have always been quick to provide service, most often same day and their communication has been wonderful. Just a good company with good people. Their techs even stayed fairly late into the evening to make sure my AC install was completed. I would recommend them to anyone.

A neighbor recommended SOS Heating & Cooling to me which I am super thankful for! My AC went out at 3pm in the afternoon and they had someone out to help at 8am! Cory was super friendly and informative. I asked if he preferred me to just let him do his thing rather than hovering out of curiosity and he said he actually preferred being able to explain things as he went. I really appreciated this! I ended up having to have a motor replaced and apparently my motor had fused itself to another area which made the replacement take twice as long. There was no extra charge for that which I very much appreciated. I gladly give 5 stars for prompt and friendly service, and for genuinely feeling like I was given a very competitive price for the repair. Thank you S.O.S.! You have a life long customer!
