S and J Plumbing & Sewer

We recently had Ryan and Mike fix our main water valves and water meter, and we couldn’t be more pleased. They are always incredibly professional, punctual, and courteous. From the moment they arrived, they took the time to explain everything in a way that made the process easy to understand. The repair was seamless, and they went above and beyond by labeling all the valves that separate the house, making future maintenance much more straightforward. Their attention to detail, expertise, and friendly attitude really set them apart. We appreciated how tidy they were, leaving the area spotless after finishing the job. Ryan and Mike truly care about the quality of their work, and it shows. Without a doubt, we will be using them for any future repairs! Highly recommend!!

J&S provides great service! Our outside faucet wouldn’t shut off so I called and talked to Colleen who was very attentive and said that she would be able to dispatch someone within 30 minutes. Ten minutes later, Jay called to let us know that Ken the plumber was on his way. Ken was super nice, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything in detail and gave us options and prices. Ken did the work fast and efficiently even though our old faucet gave him a fight. I would highly recommend J&S to everyone.

Ken and Jack re plumbed our house and gave us a new water softener and filter systems. They worked fast and cleaned everything to look as it did before they came. Ken explained everything he did in a way we could understand. I have used S & J twice in the past 2 months. They have been extremely professional and let me know what to expect as far as their work and cost. I reached out to S and J because our water heater wasn’t working. They responded quickly and arrived a few hours later. Workmen were so friendly and described the issue and gave us options and got to work immediately. They helped get someone out the same day to discuss and plan how to deal with water damage. I really appreciated the way everything was handled

Had sewage backup in the laundry room/downstairs bathroom. Ended up calling S&J and they were able to dispatch a plumber shortly after the call. Ken came by and reviewed what was happening, provided a thorough explanation of what work needs to be done with recommendations. Another plumber Robbie came by to assist with the work. Ken and Robbie scoped the sewer line to ensure it was in good shape along with replacing old cast iron line and updating the sump pump piping. Glad everything happened on short order and very pleased with the work!

Art and Nick did a fantastic job. From original emergency request all the way through a very laborious project they were knowledgeable, honest, and very communicative. There was not a point where I didn’t feel comfortable or was in the dark about what they were doing. This job took longer than I think we all expected but it was still done in one day and done well.
