Russo Brothers was fantastic! I had an emergency when my Hot Water Heater went , Joey Russo immediately sent out his technician , Jimmy to the handle it . Jimmy was friendly, knowledgeable , explained everything and quickly replaced the hot water heater. They were honest, quick , professional and priced fairly. I would high recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

My husband and I first called another local company. While they were nice, the technician wasn’t entirely sure about our problem, and wanted half the price upfront. No thanks! We decided to call Russo Bros and we’re so glad we did! They are experienced, skilled, and best of all, treated us like family. They also quoted us a price that was one-third of what the other company did. We will definitely be calling them again!

I'm sure they're really knowledgeable. They looked at my situation and determined where the issue was, whereas other "large name" companies weren't sure about until way more diagnostics. Gave a really good lucrative quote. The problem is scheduling -- the secretary just doesn't pick up the phone or return calls. Getting them to come out was kind of sus. I called them at the time of our agreed appointment, and they sounded like they completely forgot -- and sent a guy over so it was later than I hoped. I was hoping to address the plumbing alongside water damage repairs, but ended up getting mold so I couldn't wait any longer. I got a different company out that does both plumbing and remediation. They got started on remediation and screwed up containment, so I never got my plumbing issue addressed so I decided to give Russo another call. They finally picked up. The receptionist acted like it was someone else's responsibility to give me a call back and said she'd tell them to call me, and it never happened. I wish companies would be up front if they don't want the job instead of wasting people's time.

I will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs. They were so quick to respond and replace my water heater the very next day. Very professional and personable. Very happy with my experience!
