I also asked for a sewer scope service because I was worried our old sewer line had problems. The line was unclogged, and the scope did show a few issues. Roger went over everything with us, gave different solutions, and explained the costs. He even let us watch the live camera feed so we could see exactly what was going on. We chose to have a sleeve put inside the line under the house, all the way to the main sewer. With the sleeve, they used epoxy to seal and reinforce the pipe. They also added a clean out for easier future access. It was amazing they finished all this in just two days, and Roger ran the scope again after the epoxy was set to show us the results live. We now have a 20-year warranty on the line, and they’ll even come out for free for the next five years if we have any issues. The price was fair and right in the middle compared to other plumbers. The crew worked hard, even in 120 degree heat, and never complained. Everyone was professional and did a fantastic job. You won’t regret using them.
