Sewer Lines Only

We had such a great experience with this company! We were pretty stressed after dealing with another company that gave us a surprise price increases and left us with more questions than answers. Sewer lines only team stepped in right away, cleaned the line, scoped it, and actually took the time to explain what might have been the real source of our problem. They didn't just toss numbers at us. They gave us a clear breakdown of possible scenarios from best to worst case, with straightforward pricing for each. Even the worst case scenario was FAR better than what we had been quoted before. That honesty and transparency alone was such a relief. Throughout the entire repair process, Gene stayed in constant contact with us, making sure we knew what was going on at every step. They worked efficiently, safely and respected our property. Their professionalism, honesty, and communication went above and beyond. It's rare to find a company that combines quality work with a genuine care for their customers, but they absolutely did. Highly recommend!!

It has now been nearly a year, and our electricity and irrigation system issues remain unresolved. Out of good faith, I gave your team several months to address these problems, but instead I have been passed from one representative to another—three in total—each asking the same questions and requesting the same photos, only to stop following up after the initial calls. To be specific: • Our driveway lights and gate remain broken. • One full irrigation zone is still not functioning. • We were forced to purchase an expensive battery for the driveway gate simply to be able to access our property—something we assumed would be a temporary solution until the system was properly repaired. This company arranged for an electrician of their choosing to inspect the system. He identified the issue, yet no corrective action has been taken. To complicate matters, we were later told that WE had chosen this electrician, which is not accurate- No idea who they chose to review the damage. This repeated shifting of responsibility has created additional confusion without moving us toward resolution. The result has been an extraordinary waste of time. After months of providing the same information and receiving no progress, it is clear that the matter is not being handled in good faith. At this point, I strongly recommend that no final payment be made until your company fulfills its obligations and resolves these issues as promised. Based on the current pattern, if payment were made in full, I have every reason to believe we would receive no further support. I wish all of this was not the case but after being passed to multiple people and with no resolution - I am posting in hopes that maybe somehow, this is escalated. I did not want it to come to this.

This company is awesome. From start to finish! Professional, honest, kind and 100% trust worthy and reliable. I would recommend them for any sewer issues had down. They are a gem that you rarely see in any field these days! Kate was the most caring person who I've never even met. She went above and beyond for me and I can't express the difference that makes! I can't say enough about this company! Camron is a rock star too. He was informative and shared everything that he was seeing so that we could understand and make the decision for getting the line cleaned or repaired! He was honest and professional! Don't look anywhere else if you have a sewer issue!

Cameron was great all around. He arrived early, was professional, and provided a very thorough report on what was going on at my property. I look forward to hiring them on this job. Highly recommend. So the job has been done and the experience after Cameron came out has been anything but great. Let's summarize: - Sergio and his team canceled on me FOUR times. Twice on the day of. Imagine how disrupting that is to plan your day around that. - They started an hour late on the first day - They cut out the concrete in my garage to find out that the sewer line actually ran a foot over, meaning they didn't have to tear everything apart in the garage. - Once they finally came back to pour the concrete after canceling four times, they did a very very poor job. - The new concrete poured is already cracking , there are several low spots catching sitting water, parts have chipped away, and they didn't do a clean job. There is concrete residue everywhere. - The worst part of all is that they didn't even pour the concrete right on my patio. They left my patio beam sitting on a brick!!! - They also removed my fence to get a tractor in the back yard and broke two of my fence panels. I haven't heard a peep from them since they "completed" the work a week ago. I will revised this review after I hear back.

Thomas came out yesterday to inspect our sewer line as part of our annual preventative maintenance. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable and professional. He started with a video scope of the line and invited my husband and me to watch the process. He explained everything step by step, and let us know the line was in good condition and didn’t require cleaning. That peace of mind and not being charged for unnecessary work meant a lot. We’ve used Sewer Lines Only several times over the past few years and they’ve consistently been honest, professional, and thorough. We’ll definitely continue having the line scoped yearly, and if we ever need repair or replacement, we know exactly who to call. Thank you, Thomas, for your integrity and expert advice.
