Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Had a pretty devastating water damage event in our home over night. Toto Rooter deployed an emergency team quickly and they diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and did the mitigation immediately.Bryan Straub and his team were polite, effective and also very helpful. Much more work to be done - and grateful they were able to do this work so early on a Saturday. Strong recommend.

The worst, dishonest company in the Plumbing industry in the City of Aurora. From their mitigation crew to their plumbers. I was smart and fortunate enough to see through the dishonesty and find another plumber who was not only honest but gave a fair price and did a wonderful job installing my new water heater. If I could give Roto -Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleaning, a half star or no star in order to be able to leave this review, I would.

I had a fantastic experience with Josiah from Roto-Rooter. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely cares about providing great service. Josiah made a potentially stressful situation easy and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing help—Roto-Rooter is lucky to have him on the team!

Couldn’t recommend them more. We had a sewer backup in our basement at 10pm on a Sunday night. Josiah was at our door within 30 min and was able to resolve the problem quickly and professionally. They are top of my list for my future plumbing needs.
