Roto Rooter is an excellent company with excellent employees, customer service and emergency response! Garrett (I hope I got your name spelled right brother) was extremely helpful and professional and a true hardworking man! Give him a raise y’all! He’s outta the Sherwood office and he was the on call plumbing technician yesterday night through today. That’s also how long he was here making sure that he got the job done professionally and efficiently! He personally saw to not only clearing a blockage but additionally repairing a collapsed cast iron pipe. He worked tirelessly to ensure that the customer was taken care of and that’s why roto rooter is our go to plumbing service. Thanks for everything you did for us brother!

The two gentlemen who worked on our plumbing today were amazingly outstanding. I have never seen anyone work as hard as these two did today, a dirty job, extremely hot temperature and they put in a long day, finishing up the project before leaving. If I could, I would give them more than five stars. I only got one name, and that was Eric, but both of them worked so hard and did an outstanding job. This is the second time we have used Roto router for a major job and both times we were extremely pleased. We will certainly use them in the future.
