Norman was a very great knowledgeable technician. I originally called for a completely different issue and he was able to find the main issue in a very Quickly! I appreciate his work ethic and his attitude overall, if I could give more than five stars, I definitely would!

Roto-Rooter did a great job helping me out of a bind when my new washing machine was delivered, but the water valve was too corroded. The very nice, quite capable gentleman was here within an hour of my call! I will definitely call them again.

They blew us away! I discovered a leak in our laundry room just after midnight. By 8:30am that morning, Miguel Campos arrived. What a great person and even better professional. I’m a skeptic by nature. However, less than 12 hours later, we have fans going, floors gone, and a well documented and communicated plan for next steps. Miguel, Norman, Eric, Kyle and Gary were all so professional, informative, kind, and made this day so much better than expected

Timely from time of scheduling, friendly staff (Norman & Cole) and price to snake a drain was a little more than expected at first but after watching them work they did a lot to make sure there were no issues before they left. Overall satisfied with my experience and resolved the issue I was having with our kitchen drain. Also had them flush our water heater while they were here. Would recommend!

Norman really saved us a heap of trouble. He came quickly (on a holiday no less), got right to work, and provided helpful updates throughout. Had a new water heater same day up and running and the old one taken away, true class act!
