We had a hole in our upstairs bathroom floor. It is tile, and no bathroom remodel company would touch it. Mr Quick sent Mike, and he repaired the floor, and replaced the shower lights. An electrician replaced the fan light and got it working again. They worked with my schedule and were very prompt and professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

They came out on a few occasions to help with a basement drain and were very quick to come out and very reasonable in price. The technicians were very good and professional. I had others come but wanted to charge for unnecessary services. I am very happy to have a "go to" plumber which I trust and know their job.

Happy with the service! The first person came out to do an inspection and was quite thorough and compiled a video walkthrough for us, along with details about the cleaning. The service crew was prompt and friendly. They took steps to not track dirt in/out of the house, and even took steps to become friends with our dog. They didn't rush the work and spent about three hours cleaning the vents, cleaning the blower motor, and getting things back in place. Then they vacuumed their work areas and left things nice and tidy. They kept me informed of the process along the way, and showed me the before and after photos. It was a large expense but I'm glad we pursued it. We have more peace of mind now, since it doesn't appear the vents or blower had ever been cleaned in the past. Thank you, Mister Quik team!

Waylon from Mr. Quik did a fantastic job at our home today! He arrived early in the quoted timeframe, wore shoe covers to respect our space, and was incredibly knowledgeable. He discovered an issue caused by a missed step on a previous visit, explained everything clearly, and offered solutions right away. He followed up with customer service and made the repair quickly.
