Brandon came to help us fix the problem we were having with our pipes, which was tricky. But Brandon has knowledge beyond his years. He was very nice and professional, he made sure that we understood every step of the way, the problem and how to fix it. This was a multi day job. Brandon came back to our house to help us just like he said he would. He had someone pump out a manhole/ room idk lol it was totally full of water. He figured out where our pipes were and cleaned everything out in every direction. Problem solved. He had someone to help with the big mess. He also found a workable solution for our washer problem. And he came on the weekend !!!!! We are so very grateful. Thank you Brandon Thank you Mr. Rooter

We had some water trouble in our basement due to a malfunctioning sump pump. Brandon arrived promptly and efficiently completed the work needed to fix the problem. He cleaned up well before leaving our basement dry and safe again. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter again and recommend to others after this experience!

Brandon is great asset for Mr rooter , he is knowledgeable on any of the plumbing issues, with no time he identifies the issues and fix it right away. I had couple tech from rooter as well they left me unsatisfied, I highly recommend Brandon for any of the plumbing issues. For any future plumbing issues I request Mr rooter to send Brandon as my service tech.He is not just a tech he is friendly, polite and explains everything in such a manner that he really wants to help you not to rip you . He definitely deserve a Raise for the amount of excellence and trust he is building with the customers like me.

Ryan Ott saved the day! My husband and I came back from vacation to find our hot water tank had burst and we had about 3 inches of water in our basement, late Friday night. Ryan was able to come out Saturday morning and replace our old broken tank with a new one. He was very thorough and explained everything very well. Thanks!

7/3/2015 at 430pm. I was told ‘Brandon’ Was on his way. Review only let me select ‘Travis’. To whom was here he was wonderful, very informative, very helpful. We were in a real pickle without water for 3 1/2 days On Fourth of July weekend if he didn’t come. Great work, did the best he could to fix our problem. Tried not to do extra work If necessary. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing services.
