Kai replaced a 27 yr old bathroom faucet with a brand new faucet. He did an excellent job. He checked to be sure no leaks and cleaned up the area and removed the old faucet. I am very happy with the service.

Kai was here within 30 minutes of our call. We had called every plumbing company that serviced our area and nothing available for days! The dispatcher at Roto-rooter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our kitchen sink was on the fritz for almost a week. Kai came in and quickly remedied the situation. It took all of 20 minutes. Years of build up that a small 25 foot snake could not reach, was completely obliterated with Kai’s equipment. His work is warrantied for 6 months.
