Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Everyone on the team at this Roto-Rooter location is great! The technician, Clark, came right out after our phone call, assessed our needs, and gave us a fair quote with two different options for the repair that we needed. The team in the office got us scheduled quickly and efficiently and they were all very friendly and kind. They were able to get the repair scheduled within just a couple of days which was very helpful. Clark and Braden came to do the repair and they were both very friendly and professional. They completed the repairs ahead of schedule (which saved us money on labor) and kept us up to date on their progress as they went along. When the repair was completed they showed me what they had done and reviewed the repair process from start to finish. I highly recommend this Roto-Rooter location for any of your plumbing needs!

Jet and camera on 2inch drain lines on 3 properties. Drains flowing great. Josh reported the pipe condition and an estimated life expectancy. Video is available. Worked with Roto Rooter many times. Always great service and insightful on different repair possibilities.

$500 and my bathroom drain is still plugged! The technician arrived and after pulling the toilet, used a snake to restore limited flow. He spent much of the rest of the 1 1/2 hours attempting to put their camera down the drain to show me just how bad the inside of the drain appeared and eager to provide me with an estimate for major repairs/upsell. It wasn't long before we were again experiencing drain problems. When I called to inquire about a guarantee I was told there was none. I adamantly voiced my displeasure and was assured that my issue would be referred to a supervisor. After two agonizingly long conversations with the supervisor, it was agreed that he would send the technician back out for 1 hour at no charge to attempt to unclog the drain. Days later, when the technician arrived he would not attempt to clear the drain as agreed. The only thing he would do at no charge was again attempt to put their camera (unsuccessfully) down the drain to find the problem and bid a very expensive next step (also not guaranteed) to fix the problem! •The supervisor and I agreed that they would return for 1 hour at no charge and attempt to again unclog the drain. The technician arrived and would not work on the problem. I asked him to call the supervisor to verify my statement and he did not. •I was told they would send pictures that they took of my plumbing in the crawl space. They did not. •I was told they would email me a copy of the bid (The next step, also not guaranteed). They did not. I am very unhappy. $0 value for my $500 spent.

Had a rather involved issue with a sewer line repair. Could not get a straight answer or a proper estimate from other companies. Josh and Mike from Roto Rooter were very good in explaining what needs to be done, had an estimate written up right away. Work was done in a timely manner and both guys were professional and willing to answer my questions. Thank you for the help and expedited service, will reach out again if needed.
