We had an outstanding experience with Jonathan from Beacon Plumbing — truly one of the best professionals we’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, Jonathan was punctual, pleasant, and incredibly hardworking. He put in long hours to install our double vanity and didn’t just stop at the basics — he went the extra mile by helping to place, mount, and carefully seal it to perfection. What really impressed us was his willingness to crawl under our home and navigate the dirt to repair a cracked pipe — without complaint and with a smile. He was well-mannered, friendly with our dog, and kept a great attitude even late into the evening. And despite how late it was, he made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. His attention to detail and pride in his work really showed. The follow-up from Jonathan and the Beacon Plumbing team after the job was also top-notch. From start to finish, Beacon's response time, communication, and scheduling process were stellar — incredibly professional and efficient. Yes, they may be on the pricier side, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Beacon Plumbing made it easy to get the job done right the first time, and Jonathan was a major reason why. Highly recommend!

Beacon delivered! They were able to send a plumber right away. I am sure all their plumbers are great but Ken was wonderful. He came and did a great job! He explained everything and we are happy with it all. He had to troubleshoot hard water damage and incorrect piping. Highly recommend!! New faucet, new shower faucet, new showerhead!

The Beacon crew came out quickly and diagnosed the leak I was seeing at my water heater. They gave me different options on how to resolve the issue. I appreciate the amount of information they shared with me so we could make an informed decision. We ended up replacing the water heater and upgrading to a tankless system. They worked within our schedule and completed the job amazingly. When they had finished the work, they walked me through everything they updated, how the system worked, what the maintenance schedule is for optimum lifespan, and when to reach out. I would recommend Beacon and I will continue to call them for my heater, AC and plumbing needs.

Amazing crew! Well worth the price! Done right the first time! Amazing customer service from the guys doing the work though the office ladies! Over 60 years of disrepair, fixed in a week… great work done in a week! Andrew, quin Alex and Jessie top notch guys walking me through the harry the home owner through every step of the way no contractor or plumber has ever done that! I’m so appreciative of that! They took time to explain to Lehman and terms so I understood!

We had a broken pipe that resulted in a flooded crawl space. We called Beacon and received a prompt response. Jonathan is very professional and informative. He explained n detail what he would do to repair the pipe. Jonathan and Steve replaced the rusted pipe (only 18 years old) with a quality pipe. They kept us involved throughout the project … showing us the damaged pipe and what happened. Then they showed us and explained the repair process. Jonathan and Steve are great representatives of Beacon’s customer care. Thank you both!
