Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I want to be very clear with this review; this is a review of Andrew S. and his work (ask for Andrew near Phoenix). Andrew was great with his explanation of what work he was going to take on. He was able to diagnose what issues came from the work of the previous two plumbers and what needed to be done for an overall fix. He was able to fix the issue of the leaking pipes which held, throughout, and over the weekend, which didn’t happen with the previous two plumbers. His follow-up was much appreciated, his work has continued to hold, if you have plumbing issues ask for him.

Had a maine sewage line backup after coming home from vacation. Andrew came out and was very knowledgeable in his trade, worked quickly and got everything working right. Very polite, professional, and is truly a professional in his trade. 100% would recommend to anyone

We had Roto-Rooter out today for an emergency hot water heater leak and they were able to make it out same day, diagnosed the issue, provided a fair quote, and replaced the unit by the end of the day. Excellent customer service and communication the entire way through. We would definitely recommend!!

The work that Roto-Rooter began last Monday is still in process so I don’t have a complete product yet. But so far Michael Montoya and the crew have done everything. They said they would do and they are on track to get my home back to where I can move in. I’m happy with success so far and hope to move back in by mid September.
