Not only was he incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he also made a genuine effort to be quiet and respectful of our home — even navigating around our sleeping baby without waking him. That kind of care and consideration is rare. Simon worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and got the job done right. Mark was a true professional, coming in and explaining the prices, giving us great discounts. Less than an hour later, problem resolved. He came in, left the place cleaner than before and gave visual tests for our peace of mind that the problem has been fixed.
