I had a fantastic experience with JP Plumbing and Sewer today. They came right away and proceeded to fix a very serious issue that needed replacement of my pipes and buying a new faucet for my kitchen sink. The person they sent came, evaluated the issue, and then after they confirmed I was ok with the cost, went to buy the faucet for me and made sure it was a great quality and then came back and very quickly finished the job. The faucet is amazing and I am beyond happy with it and I would have never known what to get myself. I feel as if it is Christmas! He also installed a soap dispenser which was part of the faucet kit. He also alerted me to another issue with my hot water which is a building issue. He also looked at other issues in my bathroom and advised me on them. He was polite, helpful and very efficient and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the company, and would recommend them highly to anyone, in crisis or not. Thank you!

This morning I noticed a leaking pipe and our previous plumber noted they wouldn’t be able to get to us for 5+ days!! We called Joe and he was at our house within an hour!
