Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My kitchen sinks backed up with dark, smelly water on a day when I had a baby and a toddler granddaughter over to babysit. I needed it cleaned up fast! The Rotorooter guys were here within 1 1/2 hours, apologizing for not being faster! But they were held up by morning traffic. They cleared the sinks fast, working cleanly with good explanations as to happened and what to do to prevent further problems. It all made a great deal of sense and was so helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased.

All I can say is thank you!! Adi and Ryan came out and instantly got to work on my water heater. They were super friendly and made me feel comfortable about what was going on. I let them know that we had to leave in a few hours for our two boys high school graduation and they were quick to get to work. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth process knowing that it was supposed to be one of the best days of our lives. I am grateful for them beyond words! Thank you for your kindness and hard work!!

Tristan was great. Had a sewer line clean out as I am purchasing a property And inspection showed a light root intrusion. He was clearly very experienced and explained things to me. Very professional.

Josh with RotoRooter is amazing. He was thorough in his explanation of what he would be doing and the type of equipment he will use. Josh was personable, professional, and polite. When he was finished we walked through and he showed me what the problem was and even scheduled a tech to come out and recheck the lines. I’m impressed and will use this company ( hopefully get Josh again) for my plumbing needs.
