Today Adam and Josh did more than an exceptional job on my hot dog trailer. I know the job was different and out of their usual scope. But their knowledge and aiding me in understanding what was happening was so appreciated. These guys are my permanent plumbers. Thank you for sending these two HJacks. You definitely sent the right men for the job.

H Jack’s Plumbing came out to an emergency call for my sump pump. Brad replaced it(preventing a flooded basement) and was very nice. We set up an appointment for them to install an emergency back-up sump pump. Greg and Jeff came today to install it. They did a wonderful job and were very nice to work with. They even removed a non-working water softener for me. I would definitely call them again. They were very careful with my property (using tarps and cleaning up), very respectful and made sure that I understood the installation. It was nice to know the cost before the job was started.

If all of the representatives of this company are as good as the ones I worked with, then you are in good hands working with them. Greg and Jeff were very helpful with our issues and knowledgeable regarding how to fix them. They were on site the same day we called, and fixed the issue during the next business day. Throughout the whole process they were nothing but effective, professional, and great to work with.

We enjoyed having them remodel our bathroom. The walk through was indepth and answered all our concerns. Estimate and what we paid was fair, even with the added work that needed to be done on our very old house. They made sure to ask about placement of safety features we needed and how we function in our bathroom. Chip and his team was considerate of our house and time.

I called on Wednesday afternoon. That morning we had no water at our house. Recently we had some basement work done by a different company and our water stopped working. Very frustrating and upsetting. H Jack’s called me back right away and had two technicians out the next day. The two men were straight shooters and told me what was messed up. Chip and Steve were great and very professional. Got straight to work. Had my water running and new system put up in less than 24 hrs. Will recommend them to other people and have other house work and remodeling in the future I’d feel comfortable with them doing. They have my trust.
