The Technician was great, the lady on the phone that took my payment was extremely rude. Not only was she yelling at me and attacking me verbally but I almost had a panic attack because of the way she was talking to me. No Customer should ever be treated like that. It took every ounce of me to not yell back. I had a question about the invoice because the price kept changing. They wanted to charge me $711 to unclog the septic line, I had an issue with this so they dropped $200 0ff which tells me they weren't giving me the best price from the start. The Technician was only there for about an hour. Again, I want to give thanks to the Technician that came out. He was great. The women in the office needs to learn how to talk to people.

I had my water heater replaced by Brandon of Roto Rooter. He is honest and professional and did a good job. Appreciate all his help. Hot water is back!

I had a bad odor coming from my basement bathroom. The next day they were able to get a plumber out here. Phillip was very knowledgeable took him 3 seconds to find out where the odor was coming from and explain in very detail as to why it was coming into my bathroom and how to fix it. Quick and easy fix. Brandon was early and was very knowledgeable on what he did helped out got a drain open. The only negativity I can say is as he’s working his phone is going off left and right from people in the company calling him so when he’s working basically a timeslot it’s it’s hard for him to concentrate on what he had to do taking gloves off and on answer phones, so that’s the only problem I see but work very hard to get it open, thanks
