Updated Review - Still 5 Stars! Preston from Long's Ecowater Systems just installed a Reverse Osmosis system for me and connected it to my refrigerator water line. He did a fantastic job—professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I really appreciate how clean and efficient the installation was. This is a follow-up to my review from 5 months ago when they installed the Hydrolink Smart board in my water softener. Preston even offered to look into the new upgrade for me, despite the fact that my current system is still very new. That level of customer care really stands out. We recently had a water softener and UV light system installed at our home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of our space. Wyatt and Brian arrived right on time, explained the process clearly, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. They worked efficiently and with great attention to detail—everything was installed perfectly and looks so clean and organized. What stood out most was how courteous and friendly the crew was. Brian and Wyatt treated our home with care, left everything spotless, and made sure we understood how to use and maintain the system before they left. It’s rare to find service this good these days! Colin was extremely helpful, informative, and professional, answering all of my questions in a kind and thorough manner during a bulb replacement. He was able to suggest an additional drinking water filtration system for me after ascertaining I had some new concerns; he tested my current water, made sure my current plumbing and space was sufficient, and even gave me a quote on the spot. I’m getting in the schedule ASAP - asking for Colin, of course! Long’s is THE BEST.

Jim was excellent to work with. From the initial maintenance call through the installation, Jim was very thorough and took time to explain everything that was going on with the current set up and the options moving forward. Once the job was complete, Jim took the time to go over the completion of the projects and answer all the questions I had. Highly recommend!

It is always a pleasure having Preston come out and service my water systems. He is an excellent technician who is helpful in answering any questions or concerns I might have. Above being very professional, he is polite and someone you enjoy working with. I will definitely request him next time I need service.
