Kevin and his team installed a new 3.5T Trane 15XL Heat Pump and Air Handler to replace my original XL1200 unit, and in only 7.5 hours, including testing and final adjustments. The project was very successful and all working fine! Highly recommend Ace/Werley to do a great job, at a reasonable price, and fast delivery too!

Miguel was extremely helpful during the diagnostic appt. His customer communication skills are excellent. He took the time to explain our issues and the costs involved clearly and thoroughly, and was very pleasant and patient despite our many questions. We feel fortunate that Miguel was the one to install the new parts on our heat pump, and to also complete the needed maintenance. It was a long process on a hot and humid day but he was pleasant and professional the entire time. Again, he answered our questions thoroughly, yet simply enough, that we that could understand. He is clearly a great asset to the company.

We recently had an issue with our mini splits not cooling properly. Turns out there was a refrigerant leak. Colin Gale worked with us from start to finish - assessing the issue, keeping us informed and completing the work in a timely manner! His work is outstanding and he is professional, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable! I would recommend you ask for him the next time you need work done! He has serviced our units in the past as well. Ace is lucky to have him on their team!

What a pleasant experience. Chris was right on time. Very professional, courteous and respectful of property. He explained everything he was doing and if there were any issues. I did need a part replaced but my unit is 10 years old so I wasn't surprised. Replacement cost was reasonable. Highly recommend. Thank you Chris!

I had them come out to just clean my furnace in March because of their $99 special. The technician Zeke W. told me I have all these issues with it. The system was just put in July 2016 not even 9 years old. Since that cleaning I have issue after issue and with my AC unit now too. I didn't realize these guys get COMMISSION on what they fix. It cost me over $1000 for my furnace which they stated I needed a new blower motor and fan. I left Miguel C. replace those parts over $900 plus the service call fee of $110 and now my AC system is leaking. This technician from Jack Lehr stated the old parts which I kept by the way the Fan and limit control they replaced was nothing wrong with it. At least now I have a reputable company here fixing this issue that 100% ACE technicians caused. This is NO coincidence and I would NEVER recommend this company...RUN FAST!! At first I gave them a good review for the cleaning UNTIL now when all these issues. That technician did something incorrectly 100%... Rita S
