Roscoe Brown Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

I've been using Roscoe Brown for over 10 years. For value, you can't beat it. I've worked in the plumbing industry for 13 years and they've always gone above and beyond. This moment in particular my AC went out. Nathan came out and was quick to notice that my capacitor had gone out. He was extremely knowledgeable on other issues that may arise in the future. Great for conversation, he is exactly what I'd expect from Roscoe. Genuinely a great company for service and interaction. Appreciate ya Nathan!

A+ SERVICE. Everything went perfectly. It was so easy to book my appointment to address my AC that was clogged and leaking water. DYLAN, the technician, is a phenomenal young man. He was so thorough with both the indoor unit and the outdoor part of my AC. He was able to see some things that needed repair beyond fixing my clog/leak. And he had the parts handy to make all the repairs ...... So I didn't have to make another appointment. How AWESOME is that?! My whole house smells so wonderful now because DYLAN used a special, good-smelling cleaning agent to remove the sludge buildup and to flush the pipes. DYLAN even added an access pipe to my unit, and then he showed me exactly how to use it. So I can now periodically flush the pipes as a preventive measure. Ha ha, even my dog liked DYLAN.

We had an after hours emergency last night!! Our side water faucet would not turn off. The water was pouring profusely. We called all of the major Plumbing services and no one was available, but Roscoe!! Zane was SO VERY HELPFUL!!! He fixed our issue in a flash! I am so happy with the service we were provided. Thank you Roscoe and Zane!

Roscoe Brown's Kasey Hughes, Residential Plumbing Technician, arrived on time for the appointment. He was respectful of the home and had such a kind and pleasant personality. Mr. Hughes explained each plumbing problem clearly and in a way I could understand. He was patient with my questions and explained the work thoroughly. Kasey also provided a detailed estimate before he left. I highly recommend Kasey Hughes from Roscoe Brown. He is a real professional and very knowledgeable.

Had AC go out in the middle of the night two nights ago. I called Roscoe Brown for service at 2:45PM yesterday, and they had Technician Ryan out to the house just a little past 4:30PM. Ryan easily found the problem and had us up and running all fixed up by 5:30PM. Ryan was extremely professional and answered all my questions. Getting us all fixed and going again in less than 3 hours from my initial call to them is outstanding! Customer service and responsiveness does not get better than that. Excellent service from Ryan and Roscoe Brown!
