Hoffman Brothers was very responsive to my needs. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently with as little disruption as possible. I would highly recommend them. Chance, the plumber who came to the house, was very polite and professional. He made a few suggestions for some other things he could fix while he was out helping us with our main issue but did not pressure us at all. He was great to work with.

Had a huge plumbing problem and Hoffman had me back in action and left my bathroom looking better than it was before! Super polite and extremely professional, will be using for all my pluming moving forward!

I’ve used them twice and had two totally different experiences. First time was great. Danny was over the top exceptional. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. Second time wasn’t great. I paid $400+ for them to tell me to order a part. No actual work was completed. I called a couple different times for clarification, but no one gave me an answer as to why it was so expensive without any work being done. They also charged me for a commercial building, even though it’s residential.

Highly recommend. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and good with dogs. Came out for a tankless water heater quote and were able to compete several other plumbing repairs I sidelined them with during the visit. I would normally get a few more quotes for a job like this tankless install but signed with them same day due to their price and professionalism. Update: Bryan and Brad came out for the tankless install. Again, they exceeded expectations. I now have a beautiful new tankless system. They left the worksite spotless. I couldn't be more impressed with these two and the company they work for.

I can’t say enough good things about Hoffman Brothers. My water heater broke down unexpectedly, and they responded quickly and professionally. The technician, Bryan, was beyond amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They explained the issue clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer. The pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch from start to finish.
