Alex and his associates’ service was outstanding. They were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had to have the sewer pipe under my house replaced. I hired Rooter man because Alex Sounded like he was knew what he was doing, and in fact he did because of his extensive experience with this, and he was reasonably priced. He explained in detail what the solution would entail and gave me a timeline that they stuck to. His chief associate was very pleasant, and I immediately felt comfortable with the crew. They were clean, quick, honest and trustworthy! Best of all Alex and his associates were a delight to work with.

I had a major water service line leak between my 1940s home and the city meter, which led to a $4,000 water bill from WSSC. I called Rooter Man and was immediately greeted by Katie, who was friendly, efficient, and quickly scheduled my appointment with Adam. Adam arrived the next day, right on time and with a reassuring attitude that immediately put me at ease. Within 15 minutes, he had diagnosed the issue, provided a clear quote, and committed to starting the repair the very next day. True to his word, Adam showed up on time and got to work. While the job looked complex to me, I trusted his expertise—and he delivered high-quality work built to last. I’m incredibly grateful for Adam’s professionalism and attention to detail, and for Katie’s kindness and good humor, which made an overwhelming situation a little easier to handle. Great experience with this company. I called on a weeknight evening and they came the next morning at the agreed to time. They did not charge to come out. They quoted a very reasonable fixed price up front before starting work and completed the job as agreed. I was very satisfied and impressed, so I decided to get an estimate on another plumbing project in the house, which also had a reasonable price.

I am so grateful for Rooterman of Silver Spring, MD in sending Mr. Zack to troubleshoot stagnant water and leakage issues I was experiencing in my home. He was timely, professional and even allowed me to serve him while he was serving my home's needs to prevent further water damage to our home. Mr. Adam and his team (Mr. Matt and Mr. Ismael A) has done awesome Job for me. Mr. Adam showed up on time and gave me a reasonable estimation. The next day his team had started the sewer pipe replacement job and had done the work until 10PM. Very professional, clean, and I would recommend to whoever needs a plumbing work.
