I had a great experience with Joaquin Chaipos from Rooter Hero Plumbing of San Diego. He was incredibly professional, arrived on time, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Joaquin clearly knows what he’s doing — he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines speed with quality work, but Joaquin did exactly that. Highly recommend him and Rooter Hero for any plumbing needs!

Eric did a fantastic job overseeing the big project at my house. He was very attentive even though he was always busy and knee deep in the middle of working, he never hesitated to step away and answer any question my wife or I had. He addresses every concern immediately and displayed excellent customer service skills and understanding. He not only excelled in customer service, but was equally skilled in his craft. The manager, Adam, was a pleasure to work with. He also was attentive and responsive if I ever reached out with a question or concern. This project took over a week and was quite invasive to our property The team at Rooter Hero made dealing with the incident bearable because of their empathy, customer service, and technical skill. Called them on Sunday 1pm for a kitchen sink draining issue. There were able to get me a same day appointment at their coupon price! Shamir was very knowledgeable. He listened to the history of our kitchen draining issues and was able to apply that to this case. He provided recommendations for longer term care and quickly provided us the short-term fix we needed in less than 1hr. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

Careful with Dennis. He is completely lies and will offer unnecessary services. Please don’t get any services from him. He came to my house for removing sewer clogs and told me to dig my sewer line and remove the clog for $32K and will take 4 days . I called someone else and they removed clogs with in 1/2 hour for $600. 1st photo from Dennis provided wrong information. 2nd photo from other company fixing clog with in 1/2 hour

Avoid unless you want to get ripped off. Classic bait and switch with these guys. I asked for their $77 drain service which may take them 5 minutes. Dispatch said, just show ad to the plumber. He arrives and says its $270. I sent him home and called to find out what happened. Was promised a call back but never got one. They wasted their time and mine.
