Ron the Sewer Rat

I'm a local Realtor, and have used Ron The sewer Rat say..... 40 - 50 times between myself & client referrals. That on its own gives the context to know they are quality, trustworthy, fair priced, well ran, and reputable. From speed of invoices & inspections, to quality of the work completed, fair pricing, speed of scheduling, and honest, kind employees at every interaction. I worked with Jon J. today and he was fantastic! Fast, efficient, got it done right, and within the deadline required. Also worked with Tim, Jeff, Kelly in scheduling(I think her name.. sorry), Paige, Austin the project manager, Shawn a company manager, and Michelle. All great. Use them, like them, and trust them. Enough said. keep it up.

We needed a new water heater installed in our home. Our technician, Don’Dre, was excellent. Super knowledgeable and nice and great to work with. Absolutely 5-stars for him. As for the company in general, the process of calling and explaining what we need and scheduling an appointment was not as smooth as it should have been. The company had good reviews so we stuck with it and were grateful once the job was completed. Overall, it was a good experience.

Love them. Of course we always have an issue before a vacation or event. They were able to make it over so quickly before our event and get us squared away. Their people are knowledgeable and fast (while still being thorough)!! So thankful that they are available. And the pricing is really reasonable!

EDIT2 5/16: Woke up early to call in this issue. Tech was sent right away. Tech understood that the original opening, and the cap to cover it, did not suit one another. We trouble shot a few possible solutions, and ended up with the same cap covering the majority of the gap, and epoxy covering the remainder of the gap. The suggestion of plumbing work to replace the line was also put forth. Thank you Nick! EDIT1: Ope, looks like that mouse chewed through the wax of the replacement cap and is now in my house. (Zoom into second photo for the thrilling detail) Only took a few hours. Bummer. 3 stars Patient and thorough. Allowed me to ask many questions and take pictures during service, after request to do so. Talked through, and troubleshot possible reasons for my issue. Dug through sand and replaced failing parts. Got up close and personal with local wildlife. (A mouse appeared on camera, gave careful inspection of the work being assessed, and scurried back to the city sewer) Thanks Orion! (Additional Note5/16: It should be noted that the pipe opening incurred damage while 1st tech was in the process of replacing the cap)
