Rock Solid is AMAZEBALLS! Dave and Matt are absolute ROCK STARS. They installed our new boiler, on-demand hot water heater, and whole house water filtration in 2 days-- and it's PERFECT! Their attention to quality and detail is above and beyond anything we've experienced from any other boiler/ plumbing company. We are extremely pleased and would once again like to extend sincere thanks to Dave and Matt.

Rock solid is really great company. All around had a really good experience. Our troubles happened at the most inconvenient time and Jonathan really helped us to get our heat and hot water back quickly. Additionally Kyle and Matt removed and gave us a whole new system. Something in which looks like a work of art. All of the details were focused on and they were super easy to talk to and work with. I will definitely be recommending rock solid to anyone else and for my needs in the future. Thankyou!

I was panicking when I noticed water pooling on the ground from a leaking pipe. Rock Solid was able to get me on the schedule ASAP. Paige was super responsive. I needed additional paperwork for my HOA and she helped me sort it out that day so I knew I was covered. Michael gave me sound advice and walked through all of my options. We went over all of the billing up front so I knew exactly what to expect. He left detailed notes and pictures from the repair in the invoice. Overall they have a great system set up and I would definitely use them again for other plumbing/heating needs.

My experience with Rock Solid Plumbing & Heating was fantastic. From the initial phone contact with their customer service representative, she was polite, friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The Technician called ahead to let me know they were on their way to inspect my home heating system. They arrived 15 minutes later. They were polite, very friendly, and very informative. They answered all my questions and were very professional. It was approximately Four hours of evaluating and replacing parts. They also found a gas leak that had been leaking for years. They quickly fixed that and continued by giving me a summary of the parts and cost. I accepted the agreement, and they went to work and were careful to avoid creating a mess. I took pictures of them while they were working and doing a great job. Here is a summary diagnostics and repairing the gas leak and replacing generic HY- vent 1/8 in float valve, expansion tank, complete zone valve press and sweat, a basic Honewell valve powerhead. Michael, the tech, was awesome. Answered all of my questions regarding our furnace. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no clue about furnace maintenance so I was shocked to find out I should have been changing them every 3 months! Thanks for the kindness and educating me on proper maintenance to keep the beast running. Will definitely use them again and will be referring my friends 😎
