I was really impressed with Miguel from the start. He came out to our place in Henderson on a Saturday evening to clear a clog in the kitchen’s outside drain line. Miguel used a bigger drain snake to make sure everything was cleared out the right way. He worked quickly and his prices were very fair. I also had Miguel come back later that week to fix a stubborn drainage issue in our back patio. It turned out to be a big job because there were a lot of roots blocking the old drain pipes. Miguel had to cut the concrete, remove the old pipes, put in new ABS pipes, and then redo the concrete. He did excellent work and left everything clean and tidy. I’m really glad I found a plumber like him in Henderson. Highly recommend for anyone needing honest and skilled plumbing help, especially with tough jobs!

I recently had another great experience with Robinson Family Plumbing & HVAC when I needed urgent help with a major water leak. I was losing hundreds of gallons of water every day and couldn’t figure out why. I checked all my fixtures and even shut off the main valve, but I could still hear water running somewhere. I started to worry that the shutoff valve was broken, but Billy was able to quickly find the real cause—a very old pipe just outside my wall. I was worried that fixing the pipe would mean tearing up my whole yard and having to redo my landscaping. Thankfully, they did a fantastic job by locating the exact spot of the leak, digging carefully, and making the repair without making a mess. They were so thoughtful with their equipment and took extra care not to damage the yard. You honestly can’t even tell that any work was done, except for the new pipe and shutoff they installed. What really stood out to me was how they provided a temporary water solution while we waited for the utility markings, and how precise and efficient their work was. They saved me a lot of hassle and money. On top of their skill, everyone was friendly, respectful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find plumbers who care so much about their customers and their property. I’ll definitely be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future!

They never tried to push extra services on me, and even helped keep my old HVAC running for a while when a big repair wasn’t in my budget. After calling several other places and needing a plumber right away for a client with a clogged toilet and only one bathroom, Robinson Family Plumbing & HVAC quickly sent Billy out to help. The client has dementia and was hesitant to let anyone in, but thanks to Billy’s experience and patience, he was able to calm her and get inside to fix the toilet. Instead of asking for immediate payment, an invoice was sent so her caregiver could take care of it later. We got a follow-up call after the service, letting us know everything was fixed and everyone was happy with the work. Fast and thoughtful plumbing service in Henderson—highly recommend!
