It's rare to find someone so transparent and trustworthy. He didn't try to upsell unnecessary services and provided a clear and fair assessment. Overall, my experience with Troy was exceptional.

My hot water tank went out and Troy literally showed up 40 minutes after my first call to him. He walked me through the hows and whys of the problem and helped me make the best choice for my home and my pocketbook. Very highly recommend. Oh, and in rare form for contractors now a days, he showed up exactly the minute he said he would both times he came out!

$380 and he didn't fix the problem.... will never call or recommend to anyone
