Huge thank you to Chad and Jessica from Rapid Rooter Plumbing for helping me navigate one of the strangest corners of homeownership: pool plumbing. Not quite plumbing, not quite pool maintenance: just a cursed mashup of PVC and regret. While they weren’t able to fully dislodge the massive suction line clog (created by my children, who apparently moonlight as chaos goblins), they tried THREE methods no one else had thought of and helped me diagnose the problem thoroughly enough to get a referral to a specialist. The time, tools, and thoughtful effort they brought out of pure friendship meant the world to us. To be clear—and this is directly from Chad, who looked me in the eye and begged—do not call them if your kid has jammed a Playmobil pirate into a ¾-inch elbow fitting connected to a hot tub. In that case, light a candle and call someone else. This was a favor. A favor born of friendship and possibly heatstroke. Chad and Jessica did an amazing job to help with our new home inspection. Quick, simple, and very informative. Gave some great honest suggestions on what can and should be done in the near future as well. Definitely recommend having them help with any and all of your plumbing needs. Thank you!

Chad-the owner just came to my house and took care of a water pressure problem in the master shower-no charge. I am going to get a bid from him for whole house soft water and a new water heater.. great experience! Highly recommend!

Contacted Rapid Rooter, at 7 am and they came out same day to fix a leak on my main water line, dug it out fixed leak and put it all back better than when he came. Nick is ABSOLUTELY the best. So appreciate this company and their Rapid response to my needs.
