Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a major plumbing emergency—a burst pipe under my kitchen sink—and I was panicking. I called, and they were incredibly responsive. The dispatcher was calm and helpful and sent out a technician, right away. The tech arrived exactly when they said they would. They were professional, friendly, and immediately put me at ease. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, explaining what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand. They even showed me the faulty part and walked me through the repair process. The work was completed efficiently, and they did a fantastic job. Not only did they fix the leak perfectly, but they also took the time to clean up the area, leaving it tidier than when they started. The final cost was exactly what was quoted—no surprises. I am so impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and customer service. It's a huge relief to have a reliable plumber I can trust. I will definitely be using them again for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone in a bind.

We had a urinal fail on us at work and roto rooter dispatched Marc to the rescue and he did a phenomenal job getting our urinal back up and running. I will personally request Marc if we ever have any future plumbing issues. Great job Marc!

Mark Lewis did absolutely excellent work replacing our failing water heater. He was honest, explaining everything along the way including taking time to itemize the pricing for us. There were no surprises. He was also punctual and always kept in touch with me about his timing. He was efficient, tidy and got everything in order before he left. And I must say, he was as courteous a service person I’ve seen in a long time. Very polite and patient throughout even in this very hot 115 degree weather in a hot garage! Mark was great! He did a clean and quick job fixing a huge irrigation leak that left water flowing down my driveway, into the street. There needs to be more men willing to work as hard as he Mark.
