Rapid Response Sewer & Drain LLC

Called at 2 am from work with a husband who was trying to go to work and trying to figure out why our sump pump wasn't working. Jerry was able to ease our minds that our backup pump was working properly over the phone and my husband was able to go to work and when I got home Jerry literally met me there and fixed the issue within what seemed like minutes. Very kind, respectful of our home (brought his own shoes covers), and explained everything to me. I cannot say enough and wish I could leave 10 stars! Fast service, great price, and will now be our plumber!! Would highly recommend him to anyone who asks! Thank you again!!

I was having a sewage back up issue in my basement. I called another plumber to come and fix it. He told me the sewer line under my concrete floor was broken and I would need to have it dug up and replaced. I called Jerry with Rapid Response and he came out the next day to see what we were dealing with. He found that the pipe was not broken and that it just needed a thorough cleaning. We are back up and running and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job. I would recommend Jerry to anybody! He is Someone you can trust to get the job done right!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were very professional and was happy to answer questions without hesitation. They were very easy to understand when explaining what was going on. The best service I had in along time for the price. Dealing with drain it can get very messy but they were very good with cleaning up everything after they was done. I will keep them save for future repairs and service. Will happily refer to family and friends. All I can say what a wonderful experience. Thanks again!!!!!!!!

Very professional, knowledgeable and on time. Worked very hard to get my main sewer unclogged and gave me advice to prevent future problems. Will call them for any of my plumbing needs.

Had an issue with my sewer line, called Rapid response and they were very kind and professional. Was out here within the hour late at night and even though it was freezing cold, got it fixed in no time.
