Randy’s sent Luke to finish the gas supply to our new pool heater. Luke is sharp and good looking. His work was neat and clean and the pool heater is working like it should.

As much as I would’ve loved to give 5 stars, the only thing that was off for me was price. The service was great - very professional and quick and even gave me tips for future projects I plan to do on my own. They were easy to talk to and were very friendly. However, had I owned a 14’ ladder of my own, I likely would have tried to replace this on my own as well (what can I say, I like to be independent). However, I do not own a 14’ ladder, so I needed help. My only negative was the price - I understand that it was a light that was over a tall stairway landing (in a townhome), however $800 for an install that took less than 1.5hrs just seems a little steep. The install used a 14’ ladder, that was already on the truck (they did not have to have a taller ladder brought in) and I had pre-assembled the light ahead of time (adding all of the crystals and other such fastenings), so there really was no additional assembly. While I do not know what an average install costs, $800 just seemed a little steep for this project. And to clarify, I purchased the chandelier elsewhere, so this was NOT included in the $800 install price.

Richard showed up 4 days ahead of schedule after putting my name on the cancellation list. Went through what I was looking for and presented the bid. Unless you have an inside person to do your electrical, prepare to pay more than you are expecting. I had the same experience with some plumbing work not long ago. Richard was friendly, professional and thorough on the work. I was thankful for the early completion and the overall experience was great. Warranty on the work is always nice as well.

Two of my rooms didn't have any power. The electrical panel box didn't show any trips. That's when I called Randy's Electric after looking at 2025 Washington County's Five Star Review referral guide. Richard and Sean came to fix the problem. Loss of power was due to an electric arc that was in my bathroom ( couldn't have figured out on my own). They fixed the problem in less 2 hrs. I was very impressed. Thanks to Richard and Sean of Randy's Electric. They also gave me a few estimates for future installations I asked for. Great job Randy's Electric. Came out the day after I called. Jeremy and his team (sorry man I forgot your name, but great beard!) did a great job. Explained everything very clearly and fixed my issue. Would definitely call them again! Thank you!
