We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Kelly Plumbing with the installation of a new hot water heater. We called the office late in the afternoon, and Hannah was incredibly helpful and able to schedule a plumber to come over the very next morning. Nick arrived on time and was courteous, friendly and very professional. He did a great job with the installation and also cleaned up the work space, instructed us on how to use the new heater and answered all our questions. We would not hesitate to use Kelly Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Nick was prompt, friendly, and the ultimate professional. Thoroughly explained everything about the toilet installation, and a job well done. Left everything super clean, and he was careful to match the finish of our 1916 house as much as possible. Would 100% recommend. Hannah our scheduler made the communication smooth- she was easy to reach and talk to. Best plumbing experience ever.

Steve and Garrett were super quick to help us out. Our water heater went out and although we couldn’t get it back up and running (it was over 15 years old), they were able to install a new one just a few days later. Great communication and follow up! Appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism.

We are very satisfied with our experience with Kelly Plumbing. We had our water heater replaced. Nick our plumber was very thoughtful- he lined our stairway with drop cloths to protect our carpet, cleaned up any debris or spills, and always removed his shoes when walking through our home. The installation went smoothly, Nick explained the operation of the new unit, and we are so grateful to have hot water again! We will absolutely use Kelly Plumbing in the future.

Nick was very nice and knowledgeable, and helped to fix our bathtub faucet, and ensure there were no more leaks. He didn't seem phased when he ran into an issue, and I am confident he did a fantastic job! Will definitely call up Kelly Plumbing again as needed. Thank you!
