Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating

Had a leak coming through living room ceiling. Spoke with Chris on the phone and Adam was our technician.both were courteous and treated my issue with same urgency that I felt. Adam was efficient, neat and great to work with. He quickly found the issue (upstairs shower) and found both a cracked pipe leading to the shower head and the bigger problem (leaking around the shower handle/cartridge). Adam did a good job explaining what the issue was and fixing it quickly, even with 4 crazy kids running around and a toddler napping. He left the space cleaner than it started. I really appreciate the job he did today.

I have used Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating several times now. Each time I have been impressed with how efficient and fast they are. Every person they have sent has listened carefully to the problem. They talk me through all my options and the prices. They answer all my questions. They are polite and respectful. A special shout-out to Joeseph. He's amazing. The pipes that go from the meter to the house were very old and leaking. Joeseph, in one day, got an escalator, dug up the old one, replaced it with a new one and back filled the trench in one day. I had Joeseph come out again this last time to replace a toilet and sink. He did an amazing job.

Had a plumbing emergency. They sent a plumber the same day. Michael Lawson did a great job. Worked with the old galvanized plumbing. He was able to fix the bad part while being careful of the rest of the old pipe. Tried to do as little damage to the plaster wall as possible. Ensured the faucet was flowing properly and no leakage. Answered all my questions before leaving. I was very impressed with his work and customer service.

I called to schedule a drain scope and was able to get same-day service. Michael L. came out and was fantastic—he scoped the drain, explained everything clearly, and showed me exactly where things looked good and where there were issues. I decided to go ahead with hydro jetting, and he got it all done that same day. Great service and solid advice—highly recommend!

Paul was on time, knew what he needed to do (water heater expansion tank installation) and did it quickly & correctly for a fair price! I was kept in the loop on arrival times by dispatch, Chris (apologies on spelling if wrong). Great service and I plan to use them again in the future for all my plumbing needs.
