Excellent family owned business that our commercial and residential entities have had the privilege to work with now for over ten years. The team that does the work is professional and competent. The difference in good contractors and really good contractors is generally defined by how they handle the unusual or out of ordinary situation or problem. Prime has a way of always handling any out of the norm situation quickly and professionally. We have had several instances where the job turned out to be more than any of us expected. Without missing a beat the Prime team reacted and addressed the totally out of the ordinary situation. When the repair or installation is totally ordinary there are never surprises. When we use them for a repair to a main line 10 feet deep that is 50 years old you really never know what you will run into. The difference with these guys is they have the people to do the ordinary and a lot of experience that helps them when they run into the not so ordinary situation. We use them because they always come thru in a timely fashion. Good people generally lead to good results

Jose did a great job replacing the faucet in our washtub. He had the Moen faucet on his truck and it looks great. It makes me wish it had leaked long ago. :-) He handled a snag promptly and with grace. We are big Prime Plumbing fans.

Jason came to our home to check out and clear a basement drain that wasn't draining air conditioning condensate. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and skilled. He snaked the drain and cleared it rather quickly. Great work. We are impressed with Prime and will use them in the future.

Worked with Garrett and Jake at Prime Plumbing for a main water line leak. I was so impressed with how kind, knowledgeable, concerned and friendly they both were. Garrett handled everything inside. Was patient with his work. Took great care in cleaning up after himself and explaining everything he did. Even adjusting my water pressure and making future recommendations on items to address and look out for in the future. Jake handled the outside. I was most nervous about my front yard needing to be trenched (I have a beautiful Japanese Maple and rock garden right in the path) and Jake was able to manipulate perfectly between the two minimizing any unnecessary damage. And once the water main was replaced he filled the dirt back in and stamped it down, laid grass seed and hay down. Jake took the time and attention for my front yard to minimize any future work I would need to do. I was genuinely impressed with my entire experience with this team. And they were able to complete the work in the same day (without rushing). They are just that good at their jobs. I recommend Prime Plumbing for any underground plumbing needs! Great team!
