Steve, Jr and Brent were wonderful to work with. They really care about the quality of their work. They were punctual and efficient. Completed my scheduled repair quickly and were willing to look at a couple other plumbing issues. In the future I will definitely call Premier Plumbing for any other plumbing issues.

On Friday before surgery on Monday my water heater stops working and starts leaking. My normal plumber was out of office but he sends me to them. When I called, Steve rearrange the schedule so I would be taken care of before surgery. Brent and Steve Jr were at my house within an hour and done within 2 hours. They were conscientious about the mess and accuracy of their work. I can't tell that anything was done except I have a working water heater! I was super impressed with this company and would recommend them without hesitation.

Steve and his crew tackled an all-day job for us, redoing our utility room essentially from scratch with new appliances, installing a new sink, as well as some other odds and ends around our home. The crew was prompt and friendly and happy to walk me through the work they were doing, answering any questions I had. After the job was done, Steve stayed in communication with me on follow-up items including some rebates and credits their installed units qualified for, as well as some referrals for an electrical item that came up. All of which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, an issue came up the day after installation and Steve responded within minutes of me reaching out. They had Chad back out to address the problem that same morning. They certainly take pride in their work and own it. I'd recommend them on that last point alone.

Called at 10am for a water heater replacement and by 330pm they were done even though the piping was wrong in the closet. Had Jason come out and he was professional, funny, and a good man and plumber.
