Santino was my plumber. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and explained everything he had to do. Very prompt in arriving at my scheduled time. The cost to do this was $200 cheaper than I had found that other plumber locations in Grand forks. I would highly recommend these guys. This is the second time they've done work for me

One plumbing issue led to the next. We needed someone to get a hard ti get to plug in our drain and these guys did it. Love calling a plumber with experience and patience and don't give up. They worked lots of angles and got it done. Highly, highly recommend these guys!!

On two occasions Santino Hernandez - Feehan came to do our plumbing, the last one May 7 th, 2025. Santino was superior in his custom service ( so kind and respectful) and skill level. He was efficient, on time, and explained to us what he was doing the entire time. He offered suggestions we would not have thought about. Santino also acknowledged our grandson which meant so much to us. We give Santino a top plus rating. He represented your company above our expectations. The only suggestion I would have is to supply your employees with business cards to leave with the customer. This would enable the customer to acknowledge them by name. Called first thing in the morning when they opened. They had Santino scheduled to come over same day at within 2 hours. Santino was great, very friendly and explained everything that was done! Santino has great customer service!
