I don’t think we’ve ever had a bad experience with Vilandre over many years. This time, specifically, we got an appointment scheduled right away. I think the main plumber was Shane. He was so kind and respectful to my elderly mom who was there with him during the new sink installation. It was a hard job, apparently, but Shane didn’t give up and the end results are fantastic! We will certainly use Vilandre whenever possible in the future and recommend them strongly to any friends.

Wow! Professional all the way around. They worked around MY schedule. Showed up exactly when they said they would and installed our new seamless gutter system. Very knowledgeable about what was best for our situation. By contrast, my wife's friend had another company come and do their gutters and left screws and cut pieces of aluminum around the property and they ended up getting a flat tire on their car. Well, none of that here. Nothing left behind but a very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend Vilandre. Now I know the reason they have been in business for so many years.

The timeliness and quality of service to replace our water heater was fantastic. Even with it being non-chargeable, since it was done under warranty, the techs were professional, informative and very cordial. We were very impressed.

My home air conditioner failed during the hottest days of summer. Vilandre came right over and quickly provided a replacement quote and upon my approval scheduled the installation of a new air conditioner for the following week. The two courteous installers kept me apprised of their activity, answered all my questions, and cleaned the areas upon completion. Great job!

I’ve had Vilandre come out a few times for various repairs (A/C and sump pump). They are always prompt and professional and do a great job. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.
