Bruce came to our home on time. He gave us an estimate for the work we requested. He was open to my questions and provided excellent advice. He did not try to upsell anything (which I appreciated) and was very respectful of our home while coming in and out. He took extra care to make sure our cat didn’t get out and he loved our Boxer who was curious about this person in our home. Bruce completed the work in a timely fashion and walked us through the work he did once it was completed. I highly recommend this company and Bruce!

Plumbtree has been great to work with. We've had them out to the house a couple of times for different repairs and they have been a pleasure. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the technician, Matthew (same one both times) is knowledgeable and really seems to enjoy his job. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

I had a backed up bathroom sink. I called Plumbtree to schedule someone to come out. Let me say, from the first phone call to the resolution of my issue everyone at Plumbtree was a joy to work with! They will be who I call for all my plumbing needs in the future. Nahun arrived promptly on time and I felt in expert hands from the time he first arrived. My bathroom sink had been backed up for about a month. Nahun knew what to do as soon as he looked at it. He gave me two choices to either snake the sink or to replace the Uvalve which he suspect was clogged. Since I’ve lived here for 4 years and have no idea what was done before that I decided to get the Uvalve replaced. The price was very fair and Nahun was able to do all the work very quickly. He showed me exactly what was replaced and gave me tips to ensure my bathroom sink pipes stay running smoothly! If you need any plumbing work done, especially if you are feeling a bit anxious about it I can’t recommend Plumbtree and Nahun enough! Not only was quality work done everyone was so kind to work with! I hope I don’t need any plumbing work done in the near future. However, when I do I will definitely be calling Plumbtree.

We had lost all hot water in our shower, because the shower faucet cartridge failed. It was at least 15 years old. The shower was not built correctly and the cartridge was inaccessible behind the shower wall. (This is not normal.) I called Plumbtree on Friday and they sent Bruce over the next morning. He carefully cut an opening in the wall to extract and replace the cartridge for us. Hot showers again, yay! Thank you Plumbtree!

I had a great experience with Ethan. We moved in to a new home and there were several plumbing issues. Ethan was patient and very clear in communicating new issues and estimates. Good work quality and reasonable priced. Highly recommended!
