I want to say how kind and thoughtful Ross is. I am a older woman and I came home water in floor I can't turn water off at meter Ross came even though he was leaving work to help me he didn't try to say anything that was going too cost a lot of money he just said it's the water heater and cut the water off for me. If you need someone please call them they just want to do what needs to be done and not to get money for something you need and they do great work. Thank you again for being kind and honest. Brenda

I was so insanely impressed with the promptness of this company. They were able to show up and resolve our issues. It was something that I had an issue diagnosing and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly. They showed up within 2 hours of us calling, and had the issue fixed within 2 hours. Very thankful for the pipework they were able to deliver and the astounding customer service they were able to deliver.

Ross immediately contacted me after I inquired on the website and even apologized because it was after 8pm but he wanted to respond to my inquire I had just sent in (very kind!). He said he’d be able to come by the next morning and arrived perfectly on time! He was kind, respectful, and honest! He was thorough, tested many things, and explained what he was testing, why he was testing, and what he was thinking. This is much more than the previous plumbing company did (why I had to call Pipeworks Plumbing). I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and honest company!
