My Bradford & White HW heater failed after 12 yrs of great performance. I wanted to stay with that brand so I called Gelinas HVAC on Monday & on Wednesday they were able to get me up in running! Friendly talented tech Zach did the install, looks awesome!
Everyone at Gelinas I’ve interacted with has been so kind. Alex was wonderful. He appeared thorough and observant to my units as well as his own work. He was very kind and super helpful. There was some misunderstanding regarding cost and services for me but Gelinas took care of it immediately. Again, they were attentive to it and made it right. Gelinas takes care of their customers and great pride in their company. I am lucky to have found them.
Brandon from Gelinas HVAC services came by today to clean our heat pumps. He was extremely cordial and polite, he worked efficiently to get the job done, and he left no mess. Thank you, Brandon! We also appreciated the great communication leading up to the appointment from the Gelinas office team.
The workmen came very punctually, actually I was two minutes late, but he went right to work. Did some good detective work, figuring out why my ear was not circulating, even though I had my air conditioner serviced in the spring. It was relocating some furniture pieces that were blocking the airflow. I didn’t need any new equipment so I’m very happy. He knew how To resolve my problem thank you very much Brandon and Gelinas
The service technician, Alex, arrived on time and went to work immediately. I had two questions for him which were answered clearly and quickly. Alex completed the routine service and suggested installation of an additional safety measure (surge protector). After some explanation of this new recommendation from Gelinas, he took care.of this installation in timely fashion. We are very pleased with the service provided.
