20MAY25: RESPONSE TO OWNER. You fail every potential customer you could obtain; I clearly see your lack of professionalism. Your first mistake in to not apologize for the wrongdoing and assuming all your employee told is correct while the client is wrong. Good luck, you'll need it. 20MAY25: Response from the owner an hour ago Maria, you failed to mention that when you called the office you just started into your story. The office did ask if you worked with a property management company and if you already had a work order. The office told you we had Thursday or Friday and you said okay and started to hang up. The office asked you for your information and that is when you hung the phone up. As to the office being harsh that is not true - you were very hard to understand. We are happy that you found someone to deal with your plumbing issue. 19MAY25: I called in need of help. Explained my situation. Amy said we don't have anything with that address. I told her I have not scheduled it yet, but needed to. She definitely was not listening to me and her tone wase a bit of a harsh time. I asked if she was bothered by me, she said she was dealing with an emergency. I told her to give attention to her emergency, hung up and hired "Cool Today", who showed me respect and dignity.

Two days in a row, we had an appointment and we were not notified that it was pushed back… We have five children to take care of and the lack of communication on the end of the office is insane. If I could give zero stars, I would. I can’t comment as to how professional their work is because no one showed up two days in a row and we even called to check the second day and we were told they would move our appointment up. Still NOTHING!

Tech guy Ray has excellent customer service and did Awesome job and was very informative as well. he a white glove treatment by cleaning up and making sure area was as secure as possible. The whole repairing did not long .. this is t he second time Ray serviced our hone for Pete's Plumbing. I highly recommend Ray

Amazing experience with Pete’s and Gene did an excellent job. They continued to search for the problem until they found what was going on. UPDATE: Had another issue with a different spot in the house and Seth came out took care of it easily. Also provided some direction on something I was having an issue with installing a new dish washer. Super responsive, educated, and quick to fix.
