Truly great service. Inspected everything, took care of a couple of small but significant issues, gave some good advice, AND the price was very reasonable! Ramon was a gem! Explained everything clearly, worked quickly and efficiently. Kept the work clean and tidy, was courteous and professional!

Wonderful service! I chose a five-star plumber for a reason, and I was very pleased with the results, the quick efficient fix, plus he kindly checked other areas of concern I have, and emailed me a quick written estimate. I highly recommend this business.. 5 stars for sure!

I contacted Drain Genie at 9:30 pm and was told that they would have someone come the next morning and I would receive a phone call "first thing in the morning ". Next day 9:15 m no phone call. I called and was told to "stand by my phone" and they would have them call to schedule. 10:30 and no call. I called again and was then told they had no one available to come to my area! The man told me they couldn't bother to follow up with everyone!! I sad BULL!! Horrible service. If that is how they treat their customers, I don't want them!

SCAM!!!! We used Drain Genie in the past with excellent results. HOWEVER this time we asked them to come out to snake a line. They tried to charge us double (a snake went from $385 to $770) and tried to sell a water treatment program... for a simple snake. My husband asked the nice technician to leave. Do not Use! Update: we asked the city of winter park to test our water to see if the information Drain Genie provided was accurate when pitching the water filtration issue. The city came out this afternoon and confirmed the reading was inaccurate and the method drain genie was using was using to measure the chlorine in our water was not the right type of tool. Plus they charged us $119 trip charge even though they never looked at the washing machine. SCAM! Update: Drain genie responded with a non working email address. No way to contact them

Ramon Fernandez was amazing! He came to my house and thoroughly checked my kitchen for any leaks. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and excellent service. I highly recommend him and To the Plummer for any plumbing needs!
