Patterson's came through for us - we were selling our home and initially failed our well water test. Patterson installed a solution that allowed us to pass the re-test and close on our home sale. It all began with the owner responding to our needs from her vacation to the support staff of Melissa, Leslie and the techs that actually performed the installation, Jeremiah and his assistant. They were all very professional , communicative and responsive. Thank you Patterson, we'll be happy to recommend you and utilize you again in our new home.

Catherine tested our water. Results came back quickly. Bridget and Melissa answered our questions about financing the $4200 for the water treatment equipment and Nathaniel installed it for us. He was polite, prompt and neat. We were kept updated throughout the process.

This is the worse company to deal with. They charged me $190 for a service call. All they did is had water tested and told me that the water softener unit doesn't need to be refilled. If they refilled it the price would of beed $272. So without doing the work they made $190 on the spot. Be aware. The response from the company below is the false information about the service price disclosure.The service call price was never explained. The receptionist on the phone refused to tell us even the cost of the service. The technician told us the price of the service at the time of his arrival. In the end we didn't need the water softener to be refilled and we were charged 70% of the service cost. That's unacceptable way of doing business.

So far I only got an estimate but Luke was on time, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with them and updating once the work is complete! Hector arrived promptly to complete the work. It was done quickly and with great communication (we were all home and water needed to be shut off). We're very happy with our experience in replacing our water heater.
